In clinical and nutritional trials, we often talk about participant-centricity... but what does that actually look like in practice? The term is floated about quite loosely, but I bet if you sat down with your average clinical research staff member they wouldn't be able to give you a solid answer.

We recently integrated a remote appointment booking system directly into our platform, enabling us to put participant needs front and centre.
